iExchange® makes prior authorizations faster

 

Aspirus Arise offers a FREE online service you should be using right now to speed up your prior authorization requests. It’s called “iExchange,” a MEDecision product, and you already have access to it! iExchange lets you electronically submit prior authorization requests for inpatient and outpatient services directly to Aspirus Arise, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. iExchange includes the ability to attach medical records to the request, which expedites our review.

iExchange offers quick turnaround times on cases, which your patients will love! Due to the administrative efficiencies that iExchange provides, requests submitted electronically can be completed quickly. To maximize this turnaround speed, please remind your staff to include their name and contact information so that we can process cases promptly.

Register for an Account

 

To access iExchange, a User ID, password, and an iExchange Group ID are required. New users should check with their office administrator to obtain a user account.

If your office has not already created an iExchange account, please complete the information below and click submit. Within 10 business days, your Administrator will receive an email with an assigned iExchange Group ID, User ID and temporary password for you to access the tool.

 

If you are new to the office and the office already has an iExchange Group ID, please contact your office administrator to create an account.

 

"Provider" includes physician, professional provider, and facility provider.
